Commonwealth v. D. H., negotiated dismissal of conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana and attempt to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana in Bedford County Circuit Court. In addition Mr. Bullard has achieved successful results including acquittals in numerous bench trials on a variety of charges including, possession with intent to distribute, DUI, underage possession of alcohol, grand and petit larceny, felony hit and run, stalking solicitation to commit murder etc.
