  • Commonwealth v. CG, In a first degree murder case and use of a firearm, Mr. Bullard was hired and he reviewed the case information and proved to the Commonwealth that its key witness had lied under oath. After negotiations the Commonwealth agreed to nolle prosse the murder and firearms charges.
  • Commonwealth v. D. H., negotiated dismissal of conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana and attempt to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana in Bedford County Circuit Court. In addition Mr. Bullard has achieved successful results including acquittals in numerous bench trials on a variety of charges including, possession with intent to distribute, DUI, underage possession of alcohol, grand and petit larceny, felony hit and run, stalking solicitation to commit murder etc.
